We call to walk you through what to expect, answer last-minute questions, and confirm any sedation plans. If sedation, we'll give eating, drinking, and clothing instructions.

Arrival & Comfort Setup

You walk in together. Your child picks a movie on the ceiling-mounted screen, gets settled in the chair, wrapped in a warm blanket.

Numbing

Topical numbing gel goes on first — feels like nothing. Then local anesthetic in small, slow steps. Your child feels pressure, not pain.

4

The Extraction

Most extractions are done in under 15 minutes once numb. Your child feels gentle pressure and wiggling — that's it. We narrate the whole time.
